Operations Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Overview
Join our growing transportation team as an Operations Coordinator. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting day-to-day business operations. You will play an important role in keeping our transportation operation running smoothly by assisting with billing, customer support, data entry, freight tracking, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices and assist with billing functions.
- Follow up on outstanding paperwork and support collections efforts.
- Track customer freight and provide shipment updates when needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records.
- Assist with document management, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Support Driver Managers with various operational needs and projects.
- Monitor and organize load documentation, proof of delivery, and customer records.
- Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal team members.
- Assist with reporting and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous administrative, customer service, billing, or transportation experience is preferred but not required.
