As a Client Account Representative, you'll spend your time out meeting people, having conversations, and helping customers learn about wireless services and connectivity options available in their area. Some interactions last a few minutes. Others turn into longer conversations where you're helping someone understand their options and make a decision that works for them.
This role is a good fit for someone who gets energy from being around people and would rather be out interacting with customers than sitting in the same place all day.
As a Client Account Representative, you'll:
- Talk directly with customers in assigned areas throughout the Seattle market
- Introduce wireless services, internet options, and current promotions
- Answer questions and help customers compare available plans and features
- Assist with enrollments, activations, account updates, and upgrades
- Help customers find solutions that fit their communication and connectivity needs
- Keep customer information organized and accurate
- Build positive relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions

Experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We've seen people from retail, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, customer service, and other customer-facing backgrounds do very well here.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
