We are searching for a Night Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting all aspects of warehouse operations. This position is responsible for implementing and improving warehouse procedures, ensuring effective communication with both internal and external customers, and upholding safety standards. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor leads the training and development of operations team members to foster a productive, safe, and service-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities Include:

Lead the selection, training, direction, and motivation of warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and engagement.

Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager; provide coverage and support during their absence.
*
Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and consistently used in accordance with company safety standards.
*
Utilize routing software to optimize delivery routes, assign drivers, and update delivery instructions.
*
Assist with timekeeping and attendance management for warehouse staff.
*
Provide coaching, training, and performance development for the Warehouse Team, applying progressive discipline when necessary.
*
Ensure all Warehouse Team members are current on required training modules within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Utilize ERP system to efficiently distribute work amongst warehouse associates for pick, pack and build operation
*
Establish quality control measures and processes to minimize order errors and obtain 90% Perfect Order Score
*
Train associates on MHE (Material Handling Equipment), LMS (Learning Management System) courses, Supply Chain/Operations technology associated to warehouse roles.

Safety and efficiently lead a team through pick, pack, pull, and load operations while monitoring labor and safety culture and initiatives.

Ability to problem solve with team members with situation at hand with little or no guidance based on the time or situation

Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and fleet operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations within the distribution or a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team supervision and training.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of warehouse and driver personnel to meet daily operational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of shipping, receiving, and delivery processes, with a strong emphasis on inventory control and fleet management.
- Proficient in establishing efficient driver routes and maintaining streamlined delivery systems.
- Committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment through the implementation of safety procedures.
- Familiarity with chemical spill cleanup procedures and safety protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent and reliable attendance record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. Ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $73,000-$85,000/year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
