Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items using deep fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and plated consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fry station and surrounding areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout your shift
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with kitchen prep and cleaning duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a fry cook or in a similar fast-paced kitchen role
- Familiarity with commercial fryers, food safety, and kitchen best practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
- Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe Certification
- Experience working in lounges, bars, or casual dining settings

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
