Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Director to lead a vibrant, next-generation movement in Omaha at Ambassadors Worship Center. The primary focus will be AWC Kids (birth to high school). This position exists to create environments where children can grow their relationship with Jesus through discipleship, engaging ministry experiences, leadership development, and community outreach.

- Demonstrate a stable, mature Christian walk, reflecting the fruits of the Spirit.
- Passion to spiritually assist unsaved or unchurched students into a personal relationship with Christ through salvation
- Teachable, humble, and submitted to the mission of Ambassadors Worship Center.
- An adaptable attitude and ability to pivot and create solutions when plans change.
- Be an initiator, solution focused, servant spirit, and supportive team member.
Who are you?
- Strong communicator- On stage, online, and one-on-one.
- Creative thinker with a pulse on youth culture.
- Organized, collaborative, and energized by fast-moving environments.
- College educated, graduate preferred.
- At least 3 year's experience in volunteer management and development.
- Be a self-starter
