The Helen Kaplan Program is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) within Citizens Options Unlimited, providing specialized care and support to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will ensure the medical care of all people in the facility by providing direction to nursing and AMAP staff, completion of all regulatory reports, negotiating with outside agencies, and acting as a liaison between hospitals, clinics, and consultants to ensure accurate coordination/delivery of services.

To qualify for the LPN role, you’ll need:
- NYS Practical Nurse Licensure
- CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities is preferred
