Stone Magnet Middle School in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic History Teacher for their middle school students in the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- FLDOE certification in Social Science 6-12 or OR Middle Grades Social Science 5-9

Starting instructional pay is $50,450 and there are also supplements available for an advanced degree.

The pay ranges based on years of experience, but for a teacherwith 19+ years experience, that's approximately an additional $8,110 (pay and supplement are prorated based on start date) in your pocket! This raises the overall compensation higher than our neighboring school districts.
