Job Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic and responsible team members to join our vibrant trampoline park! As a team member, you’ll help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. You'll assist in various roles throughout the park, ensuring visitors have an enjoyable and safe experience. This role is perfect for friendly, energetic individuals who love working with parents/kids and thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services & Check-In:
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins, waivers, and ticketing.
- Operate POS system and cash drawers
- Answer questions and provide information about park rules, activities, and attractions.
- Ensure guests understand and comply with park safety regulations.
- Safety & Monitoring:
- Supervise guests on trampolines, obstacle courses, and other attractions, enforcing rules to ensure safe play.
- Assist guests with using equipment properly, offering guidance for a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Respond promptly to any injuries, incidents, or emergencies and assist in providing first aid as needed.
- Party/Event Hosting:
- Set up, manage, and clean up birthday parties and special events, delivering excellent customer service.
- Coordinate games and activities to keep party guests engaged and entertained.
- Ensure that party guests have a memorable experience and leave positive feedback.
- Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the park, including trampolines, lobby, restrooms, and party areas.
- Assist with daily opening and closing routines, including checking equipment for wear and tear.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
- Concessions & Merchandise:
- Handle cash transactions accurately and restock supplies as needed.
- Recommend park merchandise to guests and manage sales transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 16 years old
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively with guests of all ages.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
- Teamwork: Works well with others and takes direction from supervisors and managers.
- Adaptability: Able to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to various roles as needed.
- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred but not required).
