About the Role:
As a CNA at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your expertise will enhance our delivery of Short-Term & Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation Services, and Behavioral Care. Your compassionate and empathetic nature will create a welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support residents with mobility and dexterity issues through proper transfer techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
- Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in the State of New Jersey
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
