DESCRIPTION
Base salary: of $8,300–$10,000 USD per month.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Hybrid work arrangement.)
Responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy to drive sales growth of synthetic leather products used in automotive interiors. This role manages relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across the United States and ensures the achievement of sales, profitability, and market expansion objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Experience with leather or synthetic leather materials.

Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers is highly preferred.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.

Willingness to travel within the United States and internationally, as required.

Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

Define sales objectives and market segmentation strategies.

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and adjust commercial plans as needed.

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 customers.

Lead and participate in negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.

Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to optimize the customer experience and purchasing process.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.

Base salary of $10,000–$12,500 USD per month.
