Position Summary
KeyColour Synthesis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is an on-site position within a small manufacturing company specializing in specialty dyes and color solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting multiple departments.
Responsibilities
· Answer and assist customers via phone and email.
· Enter and process customer orders accurately in our NetSuite ERP system.
· Provide order updates and communicate with customers regarding shipments and product availability.
· Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Resolve customer questions and issues in a professional and timely manner.
· Maintain accurate customer and order records.
· Support inside sales activities and help identify opportunities to better serve customers.
· Perform general administrative and customer support duties as needed.
Qualifications
· Previous customer service, inside sales, or order entry experience preferred.
· Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-company environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
