Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders using POS systems
- Operate cash registers efficiently, processing cash, card transactions, and handling change accurately.
- Prepare simple food items following safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean workspace.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support food handling procedures and operate kitchen equipment safely to assist culinary team members when needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food service customer order management skills is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and food safety management practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining a clean workspace at all times.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations effectively.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
