Job description:
North Shore Synagogue Nursery School is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Universal Pre-K (UPK) Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a New York State Early Childhood Certification (Birth–Grade 2)
- Have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support each child's growth and development.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the New York State Prekindergarten Learning Standards.
We are looking for someone who is caring, creative, reliable, and committed to helping children build a lifelong love of learning.
