SingleSource Property Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to provide temporary coverage within the People Operations team. This role will support day-to-day HR functions across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, and recruiting support. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions, accurate documentation, and compliance.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, audits, and employee inquiries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment, billing, and communications to ensure accurate data and compliance.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping: Maintain employee records and support HR compliance activities in line with company policy and regulations.
- Recruiting Support: Support hiring efforts through job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Office & Administrative Support: Provide administrative and office support to the People Operations team as needed.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of working knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, payroll, benefits).
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
Work Environment and Expectations:
- 30-35 hours per week on a temporary 6-month basis.
- In-office in our Southpointe location.
- Working collaboratively with our People Operations team and cross-departmentally as needed.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
