What We're Looking For:
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check and meeting all state, federal, and client-specific security requirements.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Eagerness to learn a skilled trade
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass random drug testing
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Fence or construction experience is a plus, but not required
