What You’ll Do
- Lead a Toddler Montessori classroom
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Support children's independence, language development, and practical life skills
- Observe and guide each child's individual growth
- Collaborate with Assistant Guides and school leadership
- Build positive relationships with families
- Uphold Montessori philosophy and classroom culture
What We’re Looking For
- Montessori teaching experience strongly preferred
- AMI or AMS Montessori certification strongly preferred
- Experience leading a Toddler Montessori classroom preferred
- Passion for child-led learning and authentic Montessori education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to continuous growth
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus
