General Service Technician

Goose Automotive is looking for a dependable General Service Technician to join our team. This position focuses primarily on oil changes, routine maintenance, vehicle inspections, and basic automotive services.
We’re not looking for a master technician. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a vehicle, takes pride in their work, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Rotate and inspect tires
- Perform basic maintenance services
- Replace batteries, filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other maintenance items
- Check and top off vehicle fluids
- Complete digital vehicle inspections
- Identify visible maintenance and safety concerns
- Assist technicians with basic repairs when needed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Help keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need 5+ years of experience or a long list of certifications.
We’d rather find someone who is:
- Dependable and shows up ready to work
- Comfortable performing basic vehicle maintenance
- Able to safely lift vehicles and use common shop equipment
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things correctly
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable using a tablet/computer for vehicle inspections
- Able to work well with a team
- Interested in growing their automotive skills
Previous shop, dealership, quick-lube, tire, or automotive maintenance experience is preferred, but we’re willing to consider the right person with hands-on automotive experience.
A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay
$17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
