Unity Solar Group is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our second-shift warehouse operations and support our solar installation crews.
Shift: Second Shift – Starts at 1:00 PM
Position: Warehouse Manager
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
- Coordinate inventory levels and ensure materials are properly stocked.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and document incoming shipments.
- Prepare solar installation equipment, materials, and tools for field crews.
- Manage daily equipment and material check-in/check-out for field teams.
- Verify crews have the correct equipment and materials before leaving for installations.
- Track tools, equipment, solar components, and other warehouse materials.
- Coordinate returned materials and equipment from completed installations.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
- Identify inventory shortages and communicate purchasing/restocking needs.
- Work closely with project and field teams to ensure upcoming installations are properly prepared.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and accountability for company equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience.
- Experience managing or coordinating warehouse activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately track inventory, tools, and equipment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating multiple installation crews.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Electrical, solar, construction, or electrical supply knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with solar panels, inverters, electrical equipment, racking, conduit, wiring, and installation materials is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials and equipment as needed.

Candidates with previous experience in solar, electrical, construction, electrical supply houses, or renewable energy warehouses are highly encouraged to apply.
