Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Therapists to join Creative Solutions for Hope. The Registered Behavior Therapist position will provide you with all the ongoing mentorship and support you need to be successful in the ABA therapy field, but ultimately within our company. Our paid on the job training led by our highly skilled clinicians, will help ensure your success, proficiency, and confidence. As a therapist, you will be teaching verbal, social, and educational behaviors and skills to children, teens, and young adults with Autism and/or related disabilities. We strive to support our clients in both the home and community settings, while also helping clients reach their full potential.

- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, if applicable
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Must maintain current automobile insurance as required by state law and company policy
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
- Must have experience with technology, including computers, tablets, and electronic data collection systems
- Monday-Friday availability, including afternoon and evening hours; weekend availability preferred
- Must successfully complete all legally required background screening and onboarding requirements applicable to the position
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Additional Requirements
- Workplace Safety Requirement: Employees in client-facing roles may be required to remove or secure jewelry and piercings during client sessions when necessary to address safety concerns associated with client behaviors that may result in injury.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in home, community, and office settings; stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight; operate electronic devices requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination; and verbally communicate with clients, families, and team members. Visual acuity is necessary for reading and interpreting data, observing client behavior, and maintaining a safe environment. Safety awareness and adherence to established protocols are essential.
Compensation
Pay Range: $24.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
