Install America (Slocomb Windows), a family-owned home improvement company serving communities since 1955, is looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing department.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, hire, and train marketing team
- Build and manage multiple teams
- Develop daily strategies to generate qualified in-home appointments
- Lead from the front by motivating and coaching your team in the field
- Track performance metrics and improve team production
- Create a winning culture focused on accountability, energy, and growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership or management experience in canvassing, direct sales, or field marketing preferred
- Strong recruiting and team-building skills
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to inspire others and create winning habits
- Experience in home improvement is a plus, but not required
