Job description:
We are building up a team of professional, in-store appointment setters. Our team members will be assigned to a big-box store location and will set their own weekly schedule. We also provide opportunities to work various events that are both engaging and entertaining, such as local festivals, home shows, and county fairs! Appointment setters have a quota and are incentivized through pay raises as early as two weeks after the start date.
We pay an hourly rate, beginning at $18/hour but reaching up to $25/hour, as well as commissions and monthly bonuses (up to $1000). We provide the opportunity to advance to full-time hours based on good performance. This is not a sales position. We are hiring Lead Generators to work within The Home Depot or Lowe's Home Improvement stores to set appointments with customers for Free In-Home Water Tests.
Universal Water Systems requires all in-store appointment setters to have reliable transportation, be available to work at least one 4-hour weekend shift, and, per our big-box store partners, must be at least 18 years of age.
