Field Marketing Representative - Denver, CO
Sky Manor Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a highly motivated, and ambitious individual to join our performance driven team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is highly competitive, handles rejection with confidence, and is hungry for growth and advancement.
As a Field Marketing Representative you'll work in assigned neighborhoods, knock doors, and set appointments for free roofing inspections. No cold calling. No office.
More importantly, you'll be trained on how to communicate, build trust at the door, and how to convert conversations into opportunities. These are skills that transfer to every sales role you'll ever have.
We don't just hand you a territory and wish you luck. We give you a proven system with paid training, and coach you on what's working and what isn't. Your growth here is a team effort.
Who We Are Looking For

- You have excellent communication skills
- You have a valid license and reliable vehicle for transportation
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- A business, sales, or communications background is a plus
Compensation:
Paid Training(First 60 Days):
$20/hr base pay
$50 per inspection (no limit)
$100 per contract signed (no limit)
Trainees who follow the system average around $3,000 per month. Top performers can earn $4,000-$5,000+ a month based on performance.
After training:
Full commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Top performers can exceed $60,000+ in a season based on performance, work ethic and consistency.
This is a performance-driven role. Income is directly tied to your results, and we provide the training and support to help you improve quickly.

Career Path
Field Marketing Representative to Project Manager
This role is designed as an entry point into our Project Manager track. Project managers at Sky Manor Roofing can earn $150k+ annually. Advancement is based on performance, consistency, and professionalism.
Schedule: Monday- Thursday + one weekend day required. The role runs early spring through late fall. Top performers can move into year round opportunities.
This is an outdoor, field-based role, You’ll walk neighborhoods and knock doors daily. We’ll give you the training, the tools, and the coaching. The results are up to you.
Note: This is a 1099 contractor position.
