DIRECTOR OF CONSOLIDATIONS & FINANCIAL REPORTING

Addison Group in southern CA is engaged in a search for this newly created role that functions at the intersection of Accounting & FP&A, providing visibility to the financial picture to executives, investors, the board and the business. The company is stretching from tradition-based decision-making to a more agile approach. The Director will have genuine business curiosity, and own/produce consolidated financial statement for NA, including BS and CF reporting, cash reserves and management reporting, developing consistency and improving speed and clarity to all stakeholders. Challenges include:
Ø Leveling up the design of key financial decks and reporting packages with performance drivers/trends, risks/opportunities.
Ø Developing KPIs on revenue, Opex, GM, working capital & profitability
Ø Buildout of scalable reporting tools & dashboards on enterprise and site performance
Ø Reduction of manual reporting through improved processes/documentation, automation, and system utilization.
Ø Creating repeatable analytical frameworks that allow management to identify trends and exceptions more quickly

You are a Manager or Senior Manager or Director with a hybrid background that includes audit, financial reporting and corporate accounting & finance/analytics and knowledge of current GAAP/IFRS; a mix of PE-backed and public company environments with complex multi-location operations and know your way around highly customized ERP systems. But mostly, you are influential, persuasive and confident in relationship building and communications with functional areas that don’t always see eye-to-eye or those who resist adaptation to change.
Our client has an onsite work model and a compensation package in the $175- 200K range for the ideal candidate. There is a 20% targeted bonus and full complement of corporate benefits including matching 401K. They are ready to meet you. Let’s start the conversation!
