We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of the elderly entrusted to us. This role is essential to helping residents maintain the highest possible quality of life while receiving individualized care in a warm, home-like environment.
Inspired by Saint Jeanne Jugan's belief that "Making the elderly happy, that is what counts," our CNAs play an important role in carrying out our mission of loving service each day.
Position Overview
Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining
Support resident mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and safety
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Work collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers to provide exceptional resident care
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Indiana
Active status on the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry
Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to meet the physical requirements of resident care, including assisting with transfers and mobility
