CNC Operator – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts (3 Positions)

Position Summary
S&S Machine, Inc. is hiring three CNC Operators for multiple shifts. Operators will load/unload parts, monitor production, perform inspections, and maintain quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with machining experience who want to grow into setup roles.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload CNC machines
- Perform deburring and secondary operations
- Measure parts using calipers and micrometers
- Monitor cycle times and tool wear
- Complete inspection reports
- Maintain clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- 1+ year manufacturing or machining experience preferred
- Ability to use basic measuring tools
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Shift Differential
- 2nd and 3rd shifts eligible for shift premium
