About the Role
As a Data Center Infrastructure Deployment Specialist, you will serve as the technical lead for tenant fit-outs and complex equipment installations within high-availability colocation environments. You will drive the optimization of critical power systems, ensuring that rack-level capacity and electrical distribution are perfectly aligned with client requirements to maximize facility efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Orchestrate end-to-end deployment projects, from initial cabinet placement to complex multisite infrastructure rollouts.

Analyze and optimize electrical power distribution, including grooming, balancing, and redistributing loads to ensure high-density uptime.

Translate complex client technical specifications into actionable white space deployment plans and floor layouts.

Manage critical power infrastructure components such as PDUs, RPPs, busways, and branch circuits to maintain redundancy standards.

Oversee the physical integration of racks, cages, and containment systems while ensuring optimal airflow and thermal management.

Develop detailed scopes of work, rack elevations, and as-built documentation to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Construction, to facilitate seamless project turnover and customer acceptance.
Qualifications

Proven experience in mission-critical data center or white space infrastructure deployment.

Deep technical expertise in electrical load management, circuit capacity, and A/B power redundancy.

Proficiency in reading electrical one-lines, construction blueprints, and rack elevation diagrams.

Strong project coordination abilities with a focus on meeting aggressive deployment timelines.

Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations and vendor coordination.

Ability to travel periodically to support regional data center portfolio requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Hands-on knowledge of hot/cold aisle containment and thermal cooling dynamics.

Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Visio for layout planning.

Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber pathways, and cross-connect standards.

Professional certifications such as DCDC, RCDD, ATD, or CDCP.

Experience with commissioning processes and final facility quality assurance.
