Pre-Litigation Paralegals play a crucial role in supporting attorneys, clients, and team members. This role focuses on managing pre-litigation cases, primarily from the treatment phase through the demand stage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive assistance to injured clients
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to collect important case details
- Obtain, review, and evaluate medical records to prepare for the demand and negotiation phases
- Partner with and offer support to the assigned attorney
- Keep both digital and physical case files organized
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a personal injury paralegal
- Spanish Bilingual abilities are REQUIRED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- MUST DRESS IN BUSINESS CASUAL ATTIRE DAILY*
