If you’re an enthusiastic, motivated self-starter who enjoys working with people, we want you to join our team as a Sales Consultant!
No automotive or sales experience is required. We’re looking for the right personality and attitude, and we’ll provide the training and tools you need to succeed. If you have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, or another people-focused role, those skills can translate extremely well to automotive sales.
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs while providing an informative, comfortable, and professional buying experience. You’ll learn about our vehicles, features, technology, accessories, financing options, and more so you can confidently guide customers through the process. You’ll also build relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Successful candidates must be able to complete required GM training and become a certified salesperson.
