Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with experience in the staffing industry to grow our client base in the Houston market.
This role focuses on developing new business across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, and other sectors with workforce needs. If you are a strong “hunter” who enjoys building relationships and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
- Build relationships with companies across multiple industries needing staffing support
- Identify client hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions
- Sell temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
- Maintain and grow client accounts for long-term partnerships
- Meet or exceed sales goals and activity targets
Qualifications:
- Staffing industry experience required
- Proven success in outside B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling into multiple industries (manufacturing, logistics, clerical, etc.)
- Existing network or book of business in the Houston area
