Modern Storage® is looking for an energetic, dependable Flex Assistant Manager to support our award-winning facilities in Bentonville, Lowell, and Springdale.

You'll help lead daily operations, work with customers, drive sales, maintain beautiful facilities, and support multiple locations across Northwest Arkansas. What You'll Do
- Help customers choose the right storage solution and lease units
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and online
- Support daily operations at our Bentonville, Lowell, and Springdale locations
- Maintain clean, secure, award-winning facilities
- Sell moving and packing supplies
- Monitor occupancy, collections, and customer accounts
- Perform property inspections and operational audits
- Assist with training and coaching team members
- Support local marketing and community outreach efforts
- Drive a company box truck between locations when needed
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable selling and achieving performance goals
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer systems
- Able to work weekends on a rotating schedule
- Willing to travel between our Northwest Arkansas locations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or management experience
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a company box truck
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the day
