North Eastern Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee our residential program and provide direct support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As a Residential Manager, you will oversee the day to day care and schedules for the individuals we serve and employ. This is a rewarding and flexible role offering a fun environment while ensuring the individuals live safe, full, and rewarding lives.
Benefits & Schedule:
We offer morning (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM), and swing shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Residential Managers also utilize "float hours" for house duties outside regular shifts.

Requirements:
- Manage day-to-day resident supervision and house operations, ensuring living quarters are clean, safe, and inviting.

Coordinate medical care, assist with medication administration, and set individual’s medical appointments.

Plan daily activities, community outings, and nutritious menus that follow dietary guidelines.

Supervise staff, ensuring they understand job expectations and documenting their time accurately to meet contracted house hours.

Maintain individual finances, ensuring all purchases are proper and recorded.
