Current Shift Openings:

A Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (3 positions available)

B Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (3 positions available)

C Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM (3 positions available)
About the Position:
In this fast-moving manufacturing role, you will be responsible for managing various machinery, such as die cutters, guillotines, and shrink wrappers. Your contributions will be vital to our success, as you ensure that every item produced meets our rigorous standards for precision and quality through careful monitoring of the assembly line.
Core Duties:

Manage and oversee manufacturing machinery to ensure safe and productive operations

Execute assembly procedures in strict alignment with established quality guidelines

Examine completed goods to verify they meet our high standards for consistency and precision

Help maintain a tidy and orderly workspace for the entire team

Adhere to all established safety regulations and organizational policies

Contribute to the team's success by consistently hitting or surpassing production targets
Candidate Qualifications:

Capable of frequently lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs

Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work

Able to remain standing throughout the entirety of your scheduled shift

Maintain a consistent record of reliability and arriving on time

Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing is a plus, though we offer comprehensive training for new hires
