Job Summary
Join our Sales Team as a Petroleum Products Sales Representative, bringing our expertise and solutions directly to customers in the refining, construction, agriculture, marine, and other commerical industries. As the face of our company in the field, you will play a critical role in acquiring new customers, developing business opportunities, and building long-term relationships within your assigned territory.
This role is focused on driving sales growth by promoting our fuel, oil, and lubricant products and services while delivering exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, relationship-driven, and committed to helping customers meet their operational needs.
Knowledge of petroleum products is highly desirable, and experience in the oil and gas, transportation, construction, agriculture, or marine sectors is a strong advantage.
Compensation includes:

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to prospective and existing customers
- Actively manage, develop, and grow customer accounts within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships to maximize customer retention and expand revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
- Prepare and submit customer quotations and diligently follow up throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with management to review sales objectives, budgets, and expenses to ensure alignment with company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account development
Requirements
- Knowledge of petroleum products, fuels, oils, lubricants, or related industrial products preferred
- Previous sales experience in fuel, lubricant, transportation, construction, agriculture, marine, or industrial markets is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer applications
- Understanding of purchasing, pricing, logistics, invoicing, and payment processes
- Ability to learn and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Travel
- Frequent travel within the assigned sales territory is required
- Occasional overnight travel may be necessary to support customer visits, meetings, and industry events
