We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development of children, guiding them through their formative years with creativity and care.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's development.
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the overall learning community.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible for children.
Experience
- Previous experience in daycare or preschool settings is preferred.
- Background in caregiving, nannying, or working with children is highly valued.
- Familiarity with infant care and toddler care practices is beneficial.
- Strong skills in behavior management and experience working with diverse student populations are essential.
