We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual HR Assistant to join our vibrant human resources team. Duties
- Assist in talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels and supporting interview processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever, iCIMS, or Workday.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to onboard new hires smoothly and efficiently.
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes by gathering data and coordinating review schedules.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while supporting employee relations, conflict management, and legal compliance in employment law.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with familiarity in employment & labor law and HR legal compliance.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills essential for effective interaction across diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing, recruiting techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in Paylocity
- Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), and personnel administration is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Paylocity is preferred.
