We are a family-owned appliance company in Rancho Cordova seeking a motivated Appliance Delivery & Installer / Appliance Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position with opportunities for growth and advancement into appliance repair and installation. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has mechanical aptitude, and wants to learn a skilled trade.
Requirements:
Clean driving record
Clean background
Experience driving a box truck
Ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 lbs
Experience using a hand truck, dolly, and basic hand tools
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Attention to detail
Team player who works well with others
Willingness to ask questions and learn
Preferred Qualifications: Basic appliance knowledge. Delivery, installation, moving, construction, maintenance, or other mechanical experience. Experience connecting and installing household appliances.
Job Duties: Deliver appliances to customers' homes. Install appliances and ensure proper operation. Assist with appliance repairs and diagnostics. Safely load, unload, and transport appliances. Provide excellent customer service. Learn appliance repair and installation skills from experienced technicians
