Lead Concrete Coatings Installer – Epoxy, Polished Concrete, Urethane Cement

The Epoxy Kingz Custom Coatings is a leading concrete coatings and polished concrete contractor serving Southwest Florida. We specialize in epoxy flooring systems, polished concrete, urethane cement, moisture mitigation, and commercial resinous flooring. We are known for high-quality workmanship, proper surface preparation, and professional installations.
We are currently hiring an experienced Lead Installer. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a professional installer who understands systems, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can consistently deliver high-end results.
Responsibilities:
Install epoxy flooring systems including flake, solid color, and metallic epoxy
Install urethane cement flooring systems in commercial and industrial environments
Perform concrete surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, crack repair, and moisture mitigation
Assist with or perform polished concrete installations
Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and installation tools safely and correctly
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Communicate clearly with crew members and management
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience installing epoxy flooring, polished concrete, or urethane cement systems
Strong knowledge of concrete surface preparation and resinous flooring systems
Ability to work long days and meet project schedules
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional attitude
Willingness to travel for commercial flooring projects when required

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
