About the Role
We're on the hunt for a creative, detail-obsessed Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role lives at the sweet spot where design, branding, and marketing execution meet. It's a great fit for someone with a sharp eye, serious design chops, and a passion for bringing brand stories to life. You'll be a key player in keeping our brand looking sharp across every channel while helping bring bigger marketing strategies to life.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce eye-catching marketing materials: social media graphics, email templates, presentations, brochures, digital ads, event collateral, and everything in between.
- Champion our brand standards and keep visual consistency locked in across every internal and external touchpoint.
- Team up with the marketing crew to bring multi-channel campaigns to life, turning strategy into visuals people actually stop scrolling for.
- Run design projects from that first spark of an idea all the way to final delivery, coordinating with internal teammates and external vendors as needed.
- Help shape and refine our brand guidelines, style guides, and templates.
- Keep marketing calendars, project timelines, and asset libraries humming along so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Stay plugged into design trends and emerging aesthetics, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Jump into brainstorms and help steer the creative direction of campaigns and brand initiatives.
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing, design, or creative coordinator role.
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro.
- A strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience helping execute marketing strategies and cross-functional campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Great communication skills, plus the ability to give and receive creative feedback like a pro.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Bonus Points For
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of basic web design principles or experience with a CMS.
- A portfolio that shows off a range of design and branding work.

The Fine Print (Physical Requirements)
- Sitting or standing at a computer workstation and viewing monitors for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
- Occasional work beyond regular hours or overtime as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
