Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Luxury Condo Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, inspection, and organization of high-end condominium deliveries. Your proactive approach will ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately processed, properly stored, and seamlessly integrated into our inventory system. Duties
- Receive and unload deliveries using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Operate scanners to accurately track incoming shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Inspect all incoming items for quality, accuracy, and damage; document discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers or vendors for resolution
- Stock received items in designated storage areas, utilizing proper packaging techniques for luxury condo furnishings and accessories
- Prepare shipments for outgoing deliveries by picking, packing, and labeling orders with precision using order pickers and barcode scanners
- Manage order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms or internal requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to residents or contractors
- Assist with load and unload operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards while maximizing efficiency during distribution activities
- Manage and maintain the receiving for cleanliness and organization.
