Oversees and administers the financial
1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Works with independent authority on the overall oversight and administration of the financial and Concierge membership programs; establishes and maintains financial policies and procedures for the programs; ensures that Operations staff adhere to the policies and procedures, using independent judgment, reviews and corrects as appropriate and approves financial transactions initiated by Operations staff prior to posting to the General Ledger; maintains decision-making authority for establishing and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures
3. Responsible for initial training and Concierge operation teams; responsible for on-gong training as needed based on sole discretion; responsible for periodic and ad hoc reporting and Concierge data to Executive Leadership team, other leaders, and aditional staff members.
4. Collects data and prepares journal entries for month-end close. Completes within specified time schedule.
5. Assists in preparing annual audit schedules according to time schedules and assists independent auditors as needed.
6. Reconciles balance sheet accounts and other specified general ledger accounts on a consistent monthly basis. Notifies Accounting department management of any significant differences.
7. Prepares special reports as needed.
8. Oversees other non-patient related revenue programs as needed. 9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Required: Three (3) years of accounting experience Preferred: Experience in physician practice accounting and hospital accounting.
Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
