Job Title: Warehouse Picker
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers for a 3rd shift opportunity in Mansfield, MA. This role involves accurately picking, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety procedures. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-use inspections on pallet jack equipment (forklift experience is a plus)
Pick products accurately based on work orders and ensure correct lot numbers and product codes
Open and inspect boxes or containers as needed
Mark materials with identifying information for tracking and inventory purposes
Record inventory counts using site-specific equipment or systems
Arrange stock and materials in proper order for assembly or shipment
Communicate any damaged or incorrect products to supervisors or inventory staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work overnight shift (Sunday–Thursday)
Basic familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
Forklift experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
