We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! Whether you're experienced or just starting your career in ABA, you'll have the support, training, and development opportunities needed to thrive in a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference.
What You'll Do: As an RBT, you'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to support clients' development in communication, social, academic, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
- Implementing behavior intervention plans to address challenging behaviors and skill deficits.
- Collecting accurate and detailed data during each session using company-provided tools.
- Monitoring progress and collaborating with the BCBA to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Providing compassionate care and building positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Upholding ethical standards while creating a safe and enjoyable environment for your clients.
