Construction Quality Control System Manager - Iron Mountain, Michigan
Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Quality Control System Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control operations for the Replace Boiler Plant Project at the Oscar G. Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Facility in Iron Mountain, Michigan.
The CQC System Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with project specifications, contract requirements, federal regulations, and applicable building codes. This position is critical to maintaining project quality, minimizing rework, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting timely project completion.
Qualifications
The CQC System Manager must be a graduate engineer, graduate architect, or graduate of an accredited construction management program, with a minimum of five years of construction experience on projects similar in size and scope to this Contract.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction quality management experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, government representatives, and field personnel.
