As a Product Specialist, you will:
- Deliver exceptional product knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and quality pre-owned cars
- Engage customers with vehicle demos, test drives, and transparent information
- Drive sales performance through professional outbound follow-ups and presentations
- Support inventory control, stock monitoring, and showroom readiness
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless, customer-first experience

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact for customers during vehicle inquiries, demos, and test drives.

- Present and demonstrate vehicle features in an engaging and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inventory updates, and sales activities.

- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet goals and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Stay up to date on Hyundai product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
