Need Openers to start at 6:30am as well as candidates with flexible availibility
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting stock counts
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with grocery store operations preferred
- Strong communication skills and bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions, pricing adjustments, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math principles
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
