Responsibilities of Caregiver/Home Health Aide:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities
- Monitor and report any changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
- Follow care plans and maintain HIPAA confidentiality standards
Qualifications of Caregiver/Home Health Aide:
- Minimum 1 year of professional Caregiving, HHA, or PCA experience (preferred)
- CPR certification
- Current TB Test
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively
