Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Present repair and maintenance recommendations with confidence and integrity
- Communicate estimates, repair timelines, and vehicle updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
- Follow up on declined services and future maintenance recommendations
- Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
- Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience required
- Automotive repair knowledge required
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
