Server/Server Assistant (AM/PM) - The Cowboys Club (Tipped Employee)
Cowboys Club is a private social club and restaurant located inside the Dallas Cowboys world headquarters at The Star in Frisco. The club is a home for members and their guests to dine, connect, celebrate, and enjoy a rare inside view into the daily life of the Dallas Cowboys. Hospitality is at the center of everything we do. Our Servers and Server Assistants are the face, the rhythm, and the heart of service in the space.
Job Summary
We are seeking polished, warm, and hospitality driven individuals to join our dining room team as either Servers or Server Assistants. This combined posting allows us to meet candidates where they are. If you already have the experience, confidence, and skill set to step into a Server role, we will place you accordingly. If you are newer to elevated service or still developing your knowledge, we will begin you as a Server Assistant. With consistency, training, and care, this position can grow into a full Server role over time.

Key Responsibilities for Server Assistants
- Maintain the rhythm of the dining room through clearing, resetting, water service, and table upkeep
- Anticipate guest needs and support Servers with timing, pacing, and flow
- Polish glassware and silver, restock stations, and maintain organization
- Deliver food when needed and support the team during busy periods
- Maintain full awareness of table numbers, seat positions, and menu components
- Move with grace, presence, and urgency while staying calm and professional
- Collaborate closely with Servers, Runners, Bartenders, and Leadership
- Support the overall hospitality culture of Cowboys Club with warmth and consistency
Key Responsibilities for Servers
- Deliver elevated, warm, and attentive hospitality to members and their guests
- Build connection and rapport while maintaining professionalism and confidence
- Guide members through menus, specials, wine, cocktails, and coursing
- Execute all steps of service with precision, clarity, and attention to detail
- Manage pacing, ordering, timing, and table control
- Communicate clearly with expo, runners, bartenders, and leadership to ensure seamless flow
- Maintain deep menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and modifications
- Support Server Assistants and partner with them to create an exceptional dining experience
- Uphold the Cowboys Club standard of warmth, integrity, and excellence
Qualifications
- Experienced Servers should demonstrate strong food and beverage knowledge and proven ability in upscale or high volume service
- Entry level candidates with passion and potential are encouraged to apply for Server Assistant with the opportunity to grow into a Server role
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for people
- Strong awareness, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs
- Comfort moving with urgency in a high paced, high standard environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team focused attitude
- Ability to carry trays, polish glassware, and maintain dining room standards
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $6.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
