US Tech Force is currently seeking a CNC Saw Operator for a custom fabrication shop. The right candidates have the ability or willingness to learn how to do the following responsibilities related to the position:
- Set up and operate Marvel saw relevant to material(s) to be cut adhering to material types, sizes, tolerances, and specifications indicated on job travelers and/or customer engineering drawings
- Perform proper inspection and maintenance of all departmental equipment and work area
- Practice effective and prompt communication between shift personnel
- Follow strict safety protocol and procedures to minimize and/or eliminate potential for hazardous conditions and equipment
Saw Operator:
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must have basic knowledge of different metal.
- Must have strong math skills.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Ability to work outdoors at times as a lot of the material is stored outside and needs to be brought into the shop to cut.
Schedule: 1st shift
Wage Range:
