We are seeking a Highly Motivated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have already applied, no need to reapply.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with tow truck operators to provide instructions on location of vehicles and other pertinent information
- Organizing the dispatch schedule to ensure that all tow trucks are staffed with qualified drivers on time
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, using proper telephone etiquette
- Dispatch service vehicles to customer locations in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain updated knowledge of roadways, traffic conditions, and construction projects that may impact service times
- Keep customers updated on estimated arrival times of service vehicles
- Monitor service vehicles via GPS tracking system to ensure they remain on schedule
- Notify customers of any changes in estimated arrival time
- Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner
- Record all pertinent information from each call into company software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Dispatching & customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Positive and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills
- Flexible schedule and availability
